Flix of Taboo? Have you ever wondered what would happen if „taboo“ porn started appearing on Netflix? Well, you need not worry any more. It can be found at Tabooflix.com. Even the logo, which reads „tabooflix“ at the top of the page in the same iconic red lettering, uses the same bold font. I am surprised that the video streaming giant has not sent a cease and desist letter to the owners of this porn aggregator website. Netflix wouldn’t be thrilled about their brand being used for taboo porn. Or, who the hell knows, they might all be Netflix uncle fuckers who adore it.
The only similarities between Taboo Flix and Netflix are in the name, logo, and black background. The layout of the website is unlike anything else I’ve ever seen for a tube or aggregator. Their featured videos should not be divided into various categories (most viewed, most recently added, featured, etc.). On the homepage, they show you a bunch of random thumbnails. Additionally, you lack a page list to browse.
Instead of the usual tube website layout, they have gone with a group of around 20 thumbnails and a „refresh“ button at the bottom. Good luck saving your place so you can return to a specific thumbnail later. You’ll get another bundle of equally random videos every time you hit refresh. I was immediately dissatisfied with the layout of this website. Why make my life more difficult? As the proprietor of a pornographic website, it should be your responsibility to guide me through your content.
The fact that the videos on this website are presented as a collection of screenshots rather than a single video screenshot that might provide you with a preview if you hover your mouse over it is another strange aspect of the layout. In addition to the numerous videos available, you can switch menus to display videos as „being watched,“ „latest,“ or „random.“ despite the fact that the outcomes appear to be pretty “random” to begin with.
This is a very unconventional website design, and it doesn’t seem to be paying off for them. In light of the Netflix comparisons that they are clearly begging for, their frustration with the layout is somehow made worse.
…No, it is not. If you want to be compared to Netflix, why not use more than just their name and logo? I’d love it if this website actually had a layout similar to Netflix’s. Categories with a horizontal list of videos from which to choose and a preview when you hover over them would be absolutely fantastic.
Fuck it, and perhaps even go a step further and provide me with the option to create an account. Allow me to rate videos and make recommendations for me based on my preferences from there. You can’t compare yourself to the world’s number one streaming platform and then half-assess the design and include no features that are easy to use!
Utility in Aggregation?
The content, on the other hand, is precisely what you would expect. You can find a compilation of all of the taboo-play videos on all of the YouTube sites. That you can find a lot of really high-quality content without having to sift through everything on a lot of tube sites is one of the site’s advantages. There, it is all generated at random for you. Are you fed up with what you find? You’ll get a new random collection to choose from when you click that refresh button.
In some ways, I suppose this is convenient. Despite the fact that I am unable to really credit Tabooflix for this. They have not been the first or last website to aggregate pornographic material. The first programmer to create an aggregator deserves credit for the convenience it provides. Additionally, Tabooflix appears to have devised a means of making an already-convenient format slightly less so.
Shouldn’t Need to Be Applauded, but There Isn’t Any Illegal Content—Congratulations Another positive aspect of Tabooflix is that they don’t appear to have any content that could contain real, illegal taboo. I’m grateful to the awful Lord for that. People don’t want to go through the trouble of clicking on content that is grossly illegal by accident. They do not appear to avoid this by aggregating individual videos. This is, in my opinion, a very smart move by Tabooflix. Given the site’s crass and straightforward name, I won’t lie: I was a little concerned about the possibility that it would contain illegal content. However, I was pleased to discover that everything appeared to be based on fantasy rather than reality.
Tabooflix is a site that aggregates pornographic content but does not host any content on its own. Instead, a link to a third-party Tube site appears in every thumbnail. This is why I don’t like aggregator websites. It is possible to blink and have approximately 30 tabs open in your browser, which will unnecessarily slow down everything. However, aggregator sites are what they are, as you know. Regarding this, I was also pleased to discover that Tabooflix did not send me to any subpar tube sites; the majority of the sites they directed me to were ones I had previously visited (or at least heard of and were aware to be ethical).
Tabooflix, one of the worst sites for ads, is a landmine of hidden pop-up ads. A new tab is literally opened by clicking on every fucking thing. Video thumbnails, menu buttons, or the background—it doesn’t matter where. You can’t even click on the scroll bar to open a new tab advertisement. In my line of work, there are a lot of websites with a lot of annoying and aggressive advertising, but I rarely find one with this much bad advertising.
An ad that you don’t even see coming is the only thing I detest more than an intrusive ad that takes over the site or plays before your video (without a skip option). Fuck. A. Unknown Fucking. Ad. With that, get out of here immediately. I no longer want to jack off after that nonsense. I should be attracted to a porn site, not offended by it. You will quickly piss me off with such nonsense. Additionally, in my opinion, you have failed as a porn site if you have offended me. Word.
Step it up… There are hundreds of thousands of pornographic websites available. You really need to put in more effort if you want to try something new. It is no longer sufficient to simply upload a bunch of pornographic material to a website and anticipate its success due to its nature. The standards set by a lot of free tube and aggregator sites are too high for crap like this to pass. In addition, I am aware that Tabooflix has sufficient funds to pay for a superior web design due to the numerous obnoxious advertisements.
Overall, this website needs to improve in a lot of ways if it wants to stay around in 2018. For lazy websites like this to last for long, there is too much competition. If you want a quick burst of random „taboo“ videos, this website might be for you. However, in my opinion, you would be better off searching for „step sister“ or „step-daughter“ elsewhere. However, Tabooflix.com (often misspelled as „Incesflix“) is the ideal website for you if you don’t care about pop-up advertisements or the site’s poor design.
